Two new large downtown Aspen penthouse listings came on the market early July in the $6,000-$6,500 sq ft range (#155002, 154990).  There’s been one* sale over $5,000 sq ft –  $16M/$5,318 sq ft for a single unfinished 3,009 sq ft white-box penthouse unit.  That property, the Dancing Bear Penthouse, was re-listed at $29M/$9,953 sq ft on Dec. 2016, a record price*.
