Through Dec 20, total Aspen Snowmass combined dollar sales in 2020 are $3.125B vs $1.46B last year, +114%; total combined unit sales are 627 sales vs 421, +49%. These are scrubbed sales for a more accurate picture of Aspen Snowmass free market real estate. Scrubbed is: NO fractionals/timeshares; NO mobile homes; NO APCHA/Employee Housing sales; Outlier sales (extreme high or extreme low) are included in total volume and unit sales but not other stats.
