Bottom Line:  2020 is off the charts: I am in the process of writing my year end 32 Pg Estin Report to be completed in early Jan 2021.  Through Dec 20, total Aspen Snowmass combined dollar sales in 2020 are $3.125B vs $1.46B last year, +114%; total combined unit sales are 627 sales vs 421, +49%. These are scrubbed sales for a more accurate picture of Aspen Snowmass free market real estate. Scrubbed is: no fractionals/timeshares; no mobile homes; no APCHA/deed restricted affordable housing sales; Outlier sales (extreme high or extreme low) are included in total volume and unit sales but not other stats.
