09/07/20 Bottom Line: (New comments to be posted late 9/15/20) See the just released August 2020 YTD Aspen Snowmass Real Estate Market Report Snapshot released in Current Reports section on 9/3/20. “Paper is fly’in” said a colleague in the previous Aspen market run-up of 2008 as he dangled his gold Rolex Daytona in front of me,  flashing toothy grin, smarmy New York attitude…meaning deals are happening man, time to make hay, busy times bro, high-fives all around, join me at the Nell!?  In some circles, it is more subdued and discrete than that but still merrily we roll. There it is…where we are at. Now.
